Service as It Should Be
At Sugar Noir, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Soaps
We are unable to accept soaps and other package free bath products returns due to hygiene reasons however if you are dissatisfied with any of the above items you can contact us about the issue and a member of our team while work with you to resolve the issue.
Candles and wax melts
We will accept candle and wax melt returns provided that they are unused. Lit candles can not be returned but any issue with the product can be brought forward to a member of our team who will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
